Email us, or use the in-app path below. Most questions get a reply within two business days.
Contact
From the app: Settings → Help → Contact support. Sending from the app attaches your account and device details, which is the fastest way to get a bug fixed.
Delete your account
- Open Settings in the app.
- Tap Manage subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it there first — deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
With no active subscription, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your inventory, recipes, grocery lists and account details are removed. If you cannot sign in, email support@glasspantri.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds.
- Request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the glasspantri purchase.
- Cancel or change your plan: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → glasspantri. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but if something went wrong, email us and we will help you sort it out with Apple.
Frequently asked
How do I add food to my pantry?
Open the Pantry tab and tap the Add tab. Three ways: type it in by hand, point the camera at a product label, or scan a receipt to add everything on it at once. Each item gets a location (fridge, freezer, pantry, counter or spice cabinet), a serving count and an expiry estimate you can edit.
Can a grocery item come back on its own every week?
Yes. On the Grocery tab, long-press an unchecked item and choose to make it recurring. Pick weekly, every two weeks or monthly; it shows a repeat icon and is re-added to your list when it is due. Long-press again to stop.
How do I get a recipe's missing ingredients onto my grocery list?
On any recipe's detail screen, tap Add missing to grocery. Everything you do not already have becomes a grocery line. On Let's Cook, the Plan Calendar's Missing ingredients button does the same for the whole week's planned meals, with quantities summed across recipes.
